Tech_METROPOLITAN (TM), inspired by its founder’s Louisiana roots, creates inclusive spaces for Baltimore’s queer community to celebrate art, culture, and individuality. ZFMK Creative designed adaptable graphics for TM’s "Sunday Service" event, including a rainbow disco ball and radiant light shards, with plans to expand these assets and continue supporting TM’s creative initiatives.
Tech_METROPOLITAN, founded by a visionary from Louisiana, aims to bring people together in authentic, vibrant, and inclusive spaces that celebrate community, creativity, and individuality. Rooted in rich cultural heritage, TM's mission is to create a collaborative environment for artists and entertainers, showcasing local talent and embracing the full spectrum of Baltimore’s queer culture. The founder’s dream of a space for genuine expression and shared celebration comes to life through events like the “Tea Dance” and now, “Sunday Service.”
DETAILS IN DESIGN
ZFMK Creative designed a versatile promotional graphic for TM’s "Sunday Service" event. The design centers around a dynamic rainbow disco ball with the event name extruding from it, surrounded by radiant shards of rainbow-colored light. There is room for the important information such as the date, time, and ticket information but it does not take away from the presence of the colored light in the middle of the design. This adaptable design was crafted for use across multiple platforms, including Instagram posts, stories, printed posters, and Facebook banners. Our goal was to create a memorable and reusable visual that captures the spirit of TM's inclusive and energetic atmosphere.
TM received packaged files for each design, enabling them to adjust the text as necessary using the provided template. This approach offers a more efficient and cost-effective solution compared to hiring a company for graphic modifications. ZFMK Creative prefers to provide its clients with easy to change templates to ensure even smaller operations are able to have compelling graphics and designs. WHAT IS NEXT?
We look forward to collaborating with TM on further projects, potentially expanding on the “Sunday Service” assets with animated graphics and other promotional materials.
