Mälarpaviljongen Hires ZFMK to Elevate the Brand + Increase Visibility
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership between ZFMK Creative and Mälarpaviljongen, one of Stockholm’s most beloved dining destinations. Building on previous collaborations, Mälarpaviljongen has now entrusted ZFMK with the full revitalization of its brand identity, focusing on both of its renowned establishments: Mälarpaviljongen and The Green Queen. This collaboration represents our deepest partnership yet, as ZFMK will handle everything from graphic design to content creation and digital strategy.
Revitalizing a Beloved Brand
One of our first steps in this partnership was to refresh the existing logos for Mälarpaviljongen and The Green Queen. Our design team created new vector files for high-quality, versatile applications while preserving the essence of the original designs. This project included multiple logo variations tailored for specific uses, ensuring consistency across digital platforms, print materials, and physical signage.

Transforming the Visual Identity
In addition to the logos, ZFMK Creative has transformed the restaurants' menus through innovative graphic design. Our goal was to create a modern yet accessible look that aligns with Mälarpaviljongen's unique atmosphere. Creating cohesive graphics will be easier to produce with the branding guides created for both businesses which include supporting elements. Creating a Streamlined Workflow
Efficient communication and file sharing are crucial to the success of this partnership. To facilitate seamless collaboration among Mälarpaviljongen's team members, ZFMK set up an online digital drive using Zoho Workdrive. We organized a series of nested folders under three main categories: Communications, Events, and Administration. This structure not only simplifies access but also ensures that important files are easily found and securely shared across the team so everything is accessible on any device regardless if someone is on vacation, sick, or their day off.
Comprehensive Content and Social Media Strategy
ZFMK is also managing a detailed content schedule for Mälarpaviljongen and The Green Queen, utilizing Zoho Social to streamline social media efforts. We are curating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as launching brand-new TikTok accounts for both restaurants. Through Zoho Social, team members can monitor what content is set to go live and access detailed metrics on past posts to refine future strategies.
A Deeper Partnership
This collaboration isn’t entirely new; last year, ZFMK worked with Mälarpaviljongen on various advertisements and photography projects. However, this expanded partnership means the restaurants will now rely solely on ZFMK Creative for their branding and storytelling needs throughout the upcoming twentieth season. From promotions to new website development, our team will oversee every aspect of their digital presence.
